Conference Opening Events
Sponsorship - $11,000
The Conference Opening Events Sponsorship offers high visibility for your organization during our Conference Welcome Reception and Opening Session, both of which are open to all Conference attendees. Recognition includes:

• An invitation to the Welcome Reception

• A sign with your organization's logo prominently displayed at the Welcome Reception

• Your organization's logo featured at the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• Public recognition at the Opening Remarks of the Conference

• The opportunity to make brief remarks during the Opening Remarks of the Conference

Medical Institute Sponsorship - $10,000
The Medical Institute is the first full day of the annual conference. Joint Council coordinates with the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Adoption and Foster Care to invite leading medical specialists to participate and present at the Medical Institute. These professionals have extensive experience working with internationally adopted children and are able to assess medical conditions and recommend treatments regarding a wide variety of conditions. Attendees include both medical practitioners and adoption professionals. Recognition includes:

• A sign with your organization's logo prominently displayed at the Medical Institute

• Public recognition during the Opening Remarks at the Medical Institute

• The opportunity to make brief remarks during the Medical Institute

• An item in the totebag for all attendees

Joint Council "Going Green" Sponsorship - $5,000
Joint Council is "Going Green" this year by reducing the number of handouts distributed at the Conference. As a result, all workshop presentations and handouts will be posted on our website prior to the Medical Institute and Conference for attendees to download and print. This sponsorship gives your organization a chance to be featured on the cover page of each document posted online, as well as other correspondence highlighting the "Going Green" initiative. This NEW sponsorship includes:

• Your organization's name and logo on the front cover of the handout documents published online

• Your organization's name and logo mentioned in Conference-related correspondence explaining the "Going Green" initiative (e.g. attendee confirmations, reminder notices, etc.)
