Call for Presentations next Summer.
CALL FOR
PRESENTATIONS
Joint Council is pleased to announce our
Call for Presentations for the Annual Medical Institute and
Conference to be held at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis from March 26th
to March 28th, 2009.
These events will be
preceded by our inaugural Adult Adoptee Institute to be held March 25th.
All professionals
involved in the fields of child welfare and nonprofit management are
invited to submit proposals to present at the Annual Conference.
In addition, all
medical professionals involved with international adoptions or other
forms of orphan care (both domestic and international) are invited
to submit abstracts/proposals to present at the Medical Institute.
Because our presenters are
so important to our event success, we are extending complimentary
registration* for one presenter (or a colleague) for each presentation
selected. Please see the bottom of this page for complete information!
Potential presenters
should read the documents below for complete information, including a
list of relevant topics.
Please note that as
Joint Council strengthens our focus on global permanency for children,
we will expand our conference offerings to include workshops on all
viable permanency solutions, including international adoption.
All submissions must be postmarked/emailed by
September 5, 2008.
Please do
not hesitate to contact Joelle Ruben, Education & Research Program
