Dear Colleagues:

Joint Council is pleased to host an August Webinar Series featuring four sessions designed to enhance your work as child advocates. This series features several unique topics identified by our Member Organizations as areas of interest, including:

--Recognizing and providing resources for post-adoption depression
--Understanding the benefits of child nutrition in institutionalized and home settings
--Working with families adopting HIV-positive children
--Implementing programs to encourage adoption from U.S. foster care

Joint Council will host a different Webinar each of the four Thursdays in August.  With one exception (August 6^th, Post-Adoption Nutrition which will be held from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern), all webinars will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern.  Please visit our Webinar Schedule page to learn more.

We have also partnered again with PsychoEducational Resources to offer up to four (4) CE credits for your participation.

The cost of the Webinars is $15 per session. If you would like to receive CEs, there is an additional one-time fee of $25 to cover processing charges.  We are pleased to announce our new and improved on-line registration system!  Please note, only on-line registrations will be taken for the August Webinar Series.
